Bodegas Sur de España

In 1993 the Bodega Vinagres Sur de España was set up in Jerez de la Frontera (Cadiz), to produce and age Sherry vinegar within the Sherry Framework and following the rules of the Sherry appellation. Nowadays it owns over 6,000 butts for ageing Sherry Vinegar and Reserva Sherry Vinegar, following the traditional method of Solera and Criaderas.
