Vinagrerías Riojanas, S.A. was founded in 1956. In 1986 it moved into ins current facilities, on a plot of 35,000 square metros with an area of 9,000 square meters under cover.

It is now a large company producing vinegar in which tradition and modern technology combine to archive greater quality, offering serious, reliable service to their customers...

We grow our own aromatic plants. Our finest vinegars are aged in American oak barrels.

Our company, leaders in Europe, is fully automated and computer controlled.

Vinegar is stored in tanks at the correct temperature and in the optimum hygienic conditions, controlled by computer.
