Mullets with saffron

PREPARATION
Wash and season the red mullet, adding oil and Aliño saffron-flavoured wine vinegar. Place in a hot oven for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, beat an egg with salt and pepper. Add Aliño virgin extra olive oil drop by drop and finally add Aliño saffron-flavoured wine vinegar and chopped parsley.
Serve the sauce in a sauce boat.
