Romescu sauce with hazelnut wine vinegar

PREPARATION
Roast two tomatoes and two garlic cloves. Peel and remove the seeds from the tomatoes. Remove the seeds from a ñora pepper and fry gently in a little Aliño extra virgin olive oil.
Peel 10 almonds and 10 hazelnuts. Chop them with the garlic, tomato and ñora. When they are finely ground add the Aliño extra virgin olive oil little by little and Aliño hazelnut-flavoured wine vinegar, mixing all the ingredients together to make a fine, thick paste.
