Salad vinegar with honey

PREPARATION
Cut an apple into four pieces, removing the heart, and grate; pouring lemon to prevent oxidation. Grate beetroot and mix everything together with horseradish.

Mix sour cream with honey, honey vinegar and extra virgin olive oil and season with pepper and salt, mixing everything and leaving to stand for 15 minutes.
