Salad with rose wine vinegar

PREPARATION
Wash and drain the fennel, add a few drops of lemon and chop finely. Wash and cut the courgettes into thin slices. Chop the cos and French lettuce, add nasturtium leaves and mix well.
The creamy dressing is made with yoghurt, aniseed liqueur, Aliño rose-flavoured wine vinegar, salt, ground white pepper and a spoonful of soy sauce. Pour over the salad and mix well.
Before serving, decorate with fennel and nasturtium leaves.
