Sole with orange wine vinegar

PREPARATION
Clean the lemon sole, removing head, skin and entrails. Salt and squirt with Aliño orange-flavoured wine vinegar. Coat lightly with flour and fry in Aliño extra virgin olive oil. Once fried and in a dish, decorate with orange slices.
